Richard Wooley - Co-Founder, Strategist

Richard Wooley is a management consultant and serial entrepreneur who co-founded and operated several of New York City’s most successful legal staffing and employment agencies. A former Washington speechwriter in both the U.S. Senate and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, Richard is also a well-regarded screenwriter and producer who previously headed up business strategy at The Shooting Gallery, the New York independent film company that won an Academy Award for the movie, Sling Blade. As strategist, Richard serves as the client point person, helping clients refine their business and marketing strategies and supervising the team of financial analysts and writers that develops its clients’ business plans and financial models.

Bradley Henderson - Senior Strategist

A veteran "Excel jockey", Brad earned his MBA at INSEAD/Wharton (University of Pennsylvania) and honed his skills as a consultant for MasterCard International, CitiCards and American Express. Over the last seven years, he has worked as a financial analyst at Bond/Wooley, assisting clients in developing financial models and business strategies. He has also performed valuation and sensitivity analyses as well as market analyses, competitive analyses and customer segmentation.

Nicole Whitt - Financial Specialist

Nicole is a senior strategist with Bond/Wooley, providing startup and emerging companies with a wealth of experience in financial forecasting, valuation and strategic development. She has worked with a diverse group of companies, ranging from Nike, Tyson Foods, and SBTV, to Whiteboy Apparel and Count Me In.

Nicole began her career at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst in Public Finance, and then later specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions in Liberty Media's Ascent Group, covering acquisitions and divestitures in the post production industry. She also managed Strategic Planning and Business Development at Universal Music Group and consulted for think tank BrainReserve. Her financial experience was preceded by three years of non-profit grantmaking in the International Affairs Department at The Ford Foundation.

Nicole holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the City University of New York. She speaks fluent French and is a council member of SMCC.

Marla Markman - Senior Writer

Marla is a publishing professional with 20 years of experience creating, editing and managing content for a range of media, from magazines and books to web sites and marketing collateral. Marla was formerly Senior Projects Editor of Entrepreneur Press where she acquired, developed and managed series of more than 50 books. She assists Bond/Wooley team of financial analysts in writing and editing its clients’ business plans.
