After our initial meeting or phone consultation, we will produce a scope of work document that outlines how we'll complete your business plan and the number of billable hours that we estimate for each element along the way.

The scope of work is determined by many factors -- including how much work your team has done or is willing to take on in terms of written material and financial modeling, whether necessary research will be conducted by your team or ours, the state of your company's historical data (if applicable), how many sales channels and locations your company has or plans on having, your current investment structure and which industry your company is part of.

But don't worry, we can usually gather the information we need to produce the scope of work proposal over the course of a 20 minute phone call.

Once we agree on the scope of work, we generate a billing structure based on each phase of the project. We do require a retainer at the commencement of each of the phases agreed upon. You can terminate or hit the pause button on the agreement at the end of any phase.
